Two science events planned at MSUMMOORHEAD – Two events at Minnesota State University Moorhead are planned Jan. 22 for area elementary and middle school students.
At 2 p.m., the planetarium will show “The Little Star That Could,” the story about an average yellow star in search of planets to protect and warm. General admission to the planetarium is $5 or $2.50 for children 12 and younger, seniors 62 and older and tri-college students.
After the planetarium show, students can walk over to Hansen Theatre in the Rolland Dille Center for the Arts to attend a free hourlong physics demonstration hosted by the MSUM Society of Physics Students.

Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted for the Dorothy Day Food Pantry.
