Fugitive Focus: Joshua Michael Eshenko
Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 30-year-old Fargo man who is wanted for violating parole on two felony drug charges.
Joshua Michael Eshenko was convicted in Cass County District Court in February 2010 for delivering both marijuana and methamphetamine.
Less than a year before, Eshenko was also convicted in Cass County of possessing meth and drug paraphernalia.
Aside from the probation violation, Eshenko also has a warrant out for his arrest in Fargo Municipal Court after he failed to appear in November on a Class B misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license.
Eshenko has a lengthy history of traffic violations in Fargo and Cass County, including alcohol-related charges.
He has an open case in Cass County for allegedly driving under the influence. Eshenko pleaded not guilty to the charge in October. The case has not yet gone to trial.
