Thesing paces Cobbers to women's basketball victory

MOORHEAD – Concordia’s Emily Thesing scored a team-high 16 points and posted six rebounds to pace the Cobbers to a 56-47 victory over Carleton College on Saturday in women’s Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference basketball.

Tricia Sorensen and Alexandra Lippert each added 12 points and eight rebounds for Cobbers.

Akemi Arzouman led Carleton with 19 points.
