Lakeland Mental Health adds to psychiatry staff

Lakeland Mental Health Center, Moorhead, has hired registered nurse Jessica Graham Steinhauer to its psychiatry staff.

She earned a master’s degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Graham Steinhauer completed her clinical practicum with Quality of Life in Fargo. At LMHC, she provides diagnostic assessments, medication management and follow up for adolescents and adults.

Her areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, attention deficit disorder and substance abuse disorders.

First International Bank hires personal banker

Dawn Omdahl has joined Fargo’s First International Bank and Trust as a personal banker at the Osgood location, where she will focus on personal and home equity lending.

Omdahl has 28 years of banking experience, most recently working as a senior personal loan officer and assistant vice president in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Wallace, Lein promoted at Choice Financial

Mark Wallace has been promoted to credit analyst at Choice Financial’s location at 4501 23rd Ave. S., Fargo, and Jennifer Lein has been promoted to eservices specialist with at the bank’s operations center in Fargo.

Wallace joined Choice Financial in 2010 as a customer service representative and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Dakota State University.

Lein is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications with an integrated advertising and public relations emphasis. She has previous experience in customer service, marketing and promotions.

DMS hires Heitzhausen as sales specialist

DMS Topline Medical, Fargo, has hired Dan Heitzhausen as a patient-monitoring sales specialist.

With more than 23 years of experience in the health care industry, Heitzhausen most recently worked in a sales and marketing role at Blue Oceans Medical Consulting.

His prior health care experience includes sales and management positions from companies including Midmark Diagnostic Group, Schiller America, Toshiba Medical Systems and Ledford Medical.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Panama Canal Zone College/Alameda University.

BSE names regional operations manager

Pat Nolte has been named the south-central region operations manager for Border States Electric.

The company’s south-central region consists of 16 branch locations in Texas and New Mexico.

Nolte joined BSE in 2001 as a customer financial services administrator. He has also worked as a senior accountant, branch operations manager and most recently as part of BSE’s supply chain services team focusing on project management and selling and implementing technical services.

Nolte lives in West Fargo and will be relocating to Lubbock, Texas.

Muhonen named Elim Care regional director

Elim Care Inc. has hired Renee Muhonen as the regional director of quality. She will be working with both Elim Rehab and Care Center in Fargo and with Elim’s Baptist Home in Bismarck.

Muhonen is a graduate of North Dakota State University and received a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Mary. She was most recently the director of nursing at Rosewood on Broadway in Fargo.

Eide Bailly promotes one, hires three

Eide Bailly Technology Consulting in Fargo has promoted Kelsey Erbes to associate sales consultant and has hired Katie Wohlman as a marketing and communications specialist, Tiffaney Kihle as business development manager and D.C. Lucas as business development manager.

Erbes spent the past several years selling Eide Bailly Technology security and compliance services to financial institutions and assisting with administrative sales duties. She received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Wohlman has more than 20 years of professional experience, including writing, public speaking, Web development, advertising, branding, public relations, internal communications, event planning and social media content development. She is a graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, speech and public relations.

With more than 10 years experience in business consulting, Kihle has extensive account management experience in providing business solutions and quality customer service. Her professional experience also includes quality recruitment, cross-functional training, coaching and mentoring. she also worked for five years in the health care industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from UND.

Lucas has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry including sales, project management, consulting, training, coordinating implementations and marketing. He graduated from Valley City (N.D.) State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and he earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary, Fargo.

AE2S hires Chang at Moorhead office

Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services has hired Qigang Chang as an environmental engineering intern in the firm’s Moorhead office, where he will be working on the Fargo water treatment plan sulfate removal pilot study project.

Chang has eight years of experience in water and wastewater-related research projects. Chang previously worked as a research assistant at North Dakota State University, researching arsenic removal from drinking water.

Originally from Tacheng, China, Chang graduated from the East China University of Science and Technology with bachelor and master degrees in environmental engineering. He earned a Ph.D. in environmental engineering from NDSU.

Krehlik joins Crystal Cabinetry design team

Western Products in Fargo has added Katy Krehlik to its Crystal Cabinetry team as a cabinet designer.

Krehlik previously worked in Detroit Lakes, Minn., and has more than 16 years of design experience.

Xtreme Measures hires four new instructors

Xtreme Measures in Fargo has hired Shelly Johnson, Valerie Luistro, Jessi Debele and Charlie (Nietert) Sayers as instructors.

Johnson will teach circuit, Xtreme Boogie and Fusion classes; Luistro will lead pilates; Debele is a kickboxing and circuit instructor; and Sayers will instruct circuit and spin classes.

Johnson has been a fitness professional for over six years, Luistro has worked in group fitness for a year, Debele has been a group fitness instructor for more than two years and Sayers has been a group fitness instructor for three years.

College director named, accountant hired

Teal Plaine, a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, has been named college unit director in the Fargo area.

Jodi Diggins has joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in Fargo as network staff accountant.

Plaine has been associated with Northwestern Mutual since 2008. He will continue to be part of a network of specialists offering a wide array of products. He will also be responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring financial representative interns. Plaine received a bachelor’s degree in management from University of Minnesota, Crookston.

A native of Red Lake Falls, Minn., Diggins received an accounting degree from the National American University. She previously worked for Cargill.

Coldwell Banker names commercial manager

Coldwell Banker Commercial First Realty in Fargo has named Bryce Huotari as manager of the commercial real estate division.

Huotari joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2001 as a sales professional. In 2006 he received his certified commercial investment member designation.

He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a degree in business and public administration.

MSUM hires Pearcey in multicultural affairs

Matt Pearcey has joined Minnesota State University Moorhead as coordinator of multicultural affairs.

Pearcey previously directed the Indiana State University (Terre Haute) McNair Achievement program, a federally funded program which serves underrepresented, low-income and first-generation college students, preparing them to earn a doctoral degree in their chosen field.

Pearcey has a master’s degree in college student personnel from Western Washington University, a master’s degree in sociology and a Ph.D. in teaching and learning, both from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Liberty Business hires four in Fargo office

Liberty Business in Fargo has hired Jordan Lais and Brian Jorvig as account managers, Troy Ricord as a warehouse specialist and Tony Staiger as a service technician.

Lais has more than 11 years of sales experience and Jorvig has 15 years of experience with regional and national companies in the printing industry.

Gibb promotes Werre to safety director

Jeff Werre has been promoted to safety director at Robert Gibb and Sons, Fargo. He will also continue to work in sales and business development.

Werre has more than 30 years of experience in the facilities and construction field and has degrees in industrial technology from Minnesota State University Moorhead and construction management from North Dakota State University.

702 Communications in Moorhead has hired Shelly Larson to its Spot On sales team as a sales and business development consultant.

She has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience and previously worked in print and online advertising with The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead.

Larson has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
