Tour offered Jan. 18 at Minuteman site

COOPERSTOWN, N.D. – The Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile State Historic Site here is offering the second of three in-depth tours of the Oscar-Zero Missile Alert Facility from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jan. 18. A final winter tour will be in February.

The tour will be led by former U.S. Air Force missile combat crew commander and current site supervisor Mark Sundlov and Joe Conzo, a former facility manager superintendent who served in the Grand Forks missile field.

Following the tour, guests will drive to the Griggs County Museum in Cooperstown, home of the Northern Plains Cold War Interpretive Center, for a catered lunch.

The tour, which is limited to 10 guests, costs $35 and includes lunch and access to the Griggs County Museum.
