Fugitive Focus: Zachary Boyd Kittelson
Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 23-year-old Moorhead man who is wanted for violating his probation on drug charges in North Dakota.
Zachary Boyd Kittelson was convicted in 2009 on two Class A felony charges of delivering cocaine.
He was sentenced to supervised probation after his release from state prison in December 2009.
According to records in Cass County District Court, a court order to revoke Kittelson’s probation and issue a warrant for his arrest was filed in early October 2011.
In a separate case, Kittelson pleaded guilty in 2010 to possessing a controlled substance, a Class C felony.
Court records show that he has four alcohol-related convictions: one in Fargo Municipal Court for driving under the influence and three in Clay County District Court for consuming alcohol under the age of 21.
