Trade Talk: Mango’s giving Main Avenue a shot

Mango’s Mexican & American Grill is hoping a spot that hasn’t worked out for other restaurants will be a good fit in the new year.

The eatery opened under new ownership this fall after a couple of failed attempts by Jalapenos Mexican cuisine at 2901 Main Ave.

The new owners, Nazario and Michelle Porras of Winona, Minn., bought the restaurant this year and officially opened last month. The couple also runs a family-owned Mango’s in Winona.

Mango’s in Fargo offers happy hour specials and daily lunch specials starting at $5.
