UPDATED: Fargo police say third suspect in custody in armed robbery, stabbingFARGO – Police here say a third suspect is in custody in connection with an armed robbery on Nov. 26 in which two men were stabbed.
Jeremy Antoine Lee Brown, 25, was located on Wednesday in Benton County in Minnesota, where he was already being held in the county jail on an unrelated matter, Lt. Joel Vettel said.
Earlier in the day, Fargo police asked for the public's help in tracking down Brown.
The other suspects, Deandre Trevon Johnston, 18, of Fargo, and Samuel Eubanks Jr., 19, of West Fargo, have been charged with two counts of robbery in Cass County District Court.
According to police documents, Johnston stabbed both Colby Mathis and Cory Lowery with a knife during an altercation before stealing Mathis’ wallet. Documents allege Eubanks punched both Mathis and Lowery during the robbery.
Police have said they believe the alleged assaults were prompted by a dispute over drugs.
