Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 41-year-old St. Paul man who is wanted on a federal warrant in connection with a felony drug investigation in the Red River Valley.

Craig Joseph Thompson faces felony charges for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamines and for distribution of meth.

The U.S. Marshals Service said Thompson is also known by many aliases.

Court records for the federal warrant are unavailable, because cases in U.S. District Court are not made public until after charges are filed.

A search of Minnesota court records revealed Thompson has had multiple felony convictions in Ramsey County dating back to 1992.

Thompson’s criminal record includes check forgery, theft, possessing a firearm as a felon, and two cases of meth possession.
