Phone dispute leads to terrorizing charge after man allegedly chased with carFARGO – A 21-year-old woman was arrested early Thursday morning after a dispute over a cell phone allegedly caused her to chase a man with her car.
According to police documents, Kimberlee Sue Anderson of Dunseith, N.D., borrowed a friend’s cell phone but never returned it.
After being confronted about the phone, Anderson allegedly grabbed a pair of vise grip pliers, swung it at the man and threatened to kill him.
Anderson then allegedly jumped into her car and chased the man around the front lawn. Police documents allege there were tire tracks in the yard and sidewalk. Anderson denied that the tracks came from her car.
