BOTTINEAU, N.D. — Two people have died and another was injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash in northern North Dakota.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 28-year-old Souris man was driving southbound along a gravel road six miles northeast of Bottineau early Tuesday morning when he lost control of the vehicle and it overturned, hitting a tree. The driver and a passenger, a 21-year-old Bottineau man, were killed. Authorities have not released their names.

Another passenger, 19-year-old Courtney Evenson of Minot, was injured in the crash.

None of the three were wearing seatbelts.
