Concordia women finish in fourth place at MIAC golf meetCOON RAPIDS, Minn. – Kristi Opatz led Concordia to a fourth place finish at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women’s Golf Championship on Monday at Bunker Hills Golf Course.
Opatz finished the individual tournament in 15th place with a score of 247.
Concordia finished with a team score of 1,002. The Cobbers finished in the top four teams for the first time since 2004.
Vanessa Kleckner of St. Olaf won the individual title with 229 and St. Olaf took the team title with a score of 939.
