Construction starts this week on North Dakota Highway 11OAKES, N.D. – Construction will begin this week on North Dakota Highway 11 four miles east of Oakes. The project consists of raising the grade of the roadway due to flooding.
During construction, flaggers and pilot cars will be present to direct traffic through the work zone, motorists may encounter loose gravel, the speed limit will be reduced, and motorists may experience delays up to 30 minutes and are urged to use an alternate route.
The project is expected to be complete by the end of September.
