Fugitive Focus: Nathaniel Leon Hooper
Local and national authorities are seeking to apprehend a Fargo man who is wanted on multiple felony warrants charging him with delivery of ecstasy, delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, and a warrant for probation revocation.
North Dakota court records show felony charges were filed against Nathaniel Leon Hooper, 23, in Cass County District Court on May 2.
They include two Class A felony controlled substance charges dating to Jan. 4 and Jan. 27 and a Class B felony controlled substance charge dating to Feb. 14.
Cass County court records show that in October 2009, he pled guilty to Class C felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Class A misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon. A Class B felony charge of possession of ecstasy with intent to deliver was dismissed.
Orders to revoke his probation and sentence on the three charges he pled guilty to were filed in January, court records show.
