Three sex offenders change addressesFARGO – One high-risk sex offender has moved to Fargo, and two moderate-risk sex offenders in Fargo have moved, police said in a news release.
Leslie Allen Lunstad, a high-risk offender, moved from 1122 2nd Ave. S. to Moorhead, police said.
A new address for Lunstad wasn’t given by Fargo police, and Moorhead police could not be reached Thursday. His address was not listed in a state sex-offender locator database, which contains address information for high-risk sex offenders.
Lunstad was convicted of surreptitious intrusion, or window peeping, in 2000 in Morton County (N.D.), and has two prior convictions in Montana in for surreptitious intrusion in 1998. He was also convicted of assault in 1993 in Montana.
David Raymond Delapaz, a moderate-risk offender, is now living at 1315 University Drive S., police said.
Delapaz was convicted in Dakota County (Minn.) of criminal sexual conduct in 1994. His victim was a female under the age of 15 who he knew.
Frederick James Gunville, a moderate-risk offender, is now living at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo, police said.
Gunville was convicted in Grand Forks County in 2005 of luring a minor by computer. His victim was a police officer posing as a 14-year-old female.
