Two sex offenders register new Fargo addressesTwo sex offenders have new addresses in north Fargo, police said in a news release.
Daniel Patrick McDonell, a high-risk offender, moved from 1514 4th St. N. to 528 27th St. N.
He was convicted in 1994 of indecent exposure, gross sexual imposition in 1995 and indecent exposure and surreptitious intrusion in 2002. All the convictions came in Cass County.
McDonell’s victims were adult female strangers, and he’s required to register as an offender for life.
Ellric Alfred Giroux, a moderate-risk offender, has moved to 3037 10th St. N.
Giroux was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1998 in Richland County in North Dakota. His victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15. He’s required to registered as an offender until 2024.
