One Fargo sex offender jailed, another movesTwo high-risk sex offenders who were living in Fargo residences have moved, police said in a news release.
According to Fargo police:
Alvin Kelly Keagy was at 1002 28th St. N., but he has moved to Kansas City, Kan.
In 2007, Keagy was convicted in Cass County of promoting obscenity to minors. His victims were male acquaintances under the age of 15. He’s required to register as a sex offender for life.
James Scott Eaton was living at 1423 6th Ave. S. His probation was revoked, and he’s now being held at the Cass County Jail.
In 2003, Eaton was adjudicated in juvenile court in Ramsey County, N.D., of gross sexual imposition, his victim a female relative under the age of 15. He was also adjudicated in Ramsey County in 2005 for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl. He’s required to register as a sex offender for life.
