UPDATED 10:14 p.m.: 17-year-old airlifted to Grand Forks hospital after being ejected in Highway 2 rollover

A 17-year-old girl from McIntosh, Minn., was airlifted to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, after a single-vehicle accident in northern Minnesota.

Kaitlyn Marshall was westbound one mile west of McIntosh on Highway 2 when she hit ice and lost control of the 1989 Chevy pickup she was driving. She was thrown from the vehicle.

A release from the Minnesota State Patrol stated that her injuries were considered serious.
