Fargo Theatre's Bailly stepping down
Bailly told the Fargo's Board of Directors on Thursday.
“I love my job and I’m having a wonderful time, but I’ve been here since 1997,” Bailly said. “It’s time to go if you’ve been here more than 10 years, I think.”
The 65-year-old said the decision is easier knowing that she is passing the job on to an “extraordinary staff that can carry on my vision better than I can envision it.”
Emily Beck, currently film programmer and film events coordinator, takes over as executive director. Sean Volk becomes operations and administrative manager and Betsy Dreessen becomes finance manager.
