Patrol IDs rollover victim as Wyndmere 18-year-oldThe man killed in a rollover accident Monday morning near Wahpeton, N.D., has been identified by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Keenan Charles Dunn, 18, of Wyndmere, was driving eastbound on Highway 13 when he apparently lost control of his 2001 Ford pickup at 9:05 a.m. and began to spin on the roadway west of the Interstate 29 overpass.
The pickup spun into the median guardrail, vaulted over it and rolled through the median.
The vehicle ultimately came to rest on its side in the median between the east- and westbound Highway 13 overpass bridges.
Dunn was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
