Women's basketball: Cobbers rally for key MIAC road win on Monday

Cobber women rally past St. Thomas

ST. PAUL, Minn. – Concordia’s women’s basketball team rallied from a 36-27 halftime deficit to upend St. Thomas 63-55 in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play on Monday.

Maggie Bauernfeind led the Cobbers (12-4, 10-3 MIAC) with 15 points with Brittany Jossart chipping in with 14 points.

The win moved the Cobbers into a tie with the Tommies (11-5, 10-3) atop the conference standings.
