Man arrested, treated for injuries after rollover in Cass CountyCASSELTON, N.D. – A Leonard man was arrested for DUI and treated at a Fargo hospital Sunday after rolling his vehicle south of Casselton, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies and first responders were called at 10:23 p.m. to the junction of State Highway 18 and County Road 6, about 7 miles south of Casselton.
The injured man was already out of the vehicle when deputies and medical staff arrived, according to a news release from Deputy Shane Spieker.
Ronald Halvorson, 69, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and cited for care required and open container. He was taken to Essentia Health for treatment of his injuries.
