More frigid temps expected this weekThe weekend shot of subzero cold is a prelude to more frigid weather this week.
Today, less than an inch of snow is possible, with an expected high of 10 degrees and winds increasing to between 18 and 21 mph, according to the National Weather Service forecast.
Tonight will remain blustery, with an overnight low of 10 below and a wind chill as low as 25 below.
Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with a high of 3 below and wind chill values as low as 29 below. The temperature will drop to an overnight low of around 15 below.
The outlook for later in the week calls for similar weather, though trending toward colder temperatures.
By Thursday, the predicted high is 5 below, with single-digit highs for Saturday and Sunday.
