A Michigan work ethic to be admired in FargoRecently my grandson, John Wierenga, moved to Fargo. During your latest storm, when all transportation was shut down but the Walmart was still open, he walked 55 blocks to work with the windchill at 35 below. He said sometimes the snow was up to his hips.
When he finally got to the store, which took him more than three hours, there were only four other people there all day.
Just thought you’d like to know, when a Michigan boy says he’ll be there, he’ll be there, and Walmart should know what a dependable employee they have.
