Three physicians hired at Essentia clinicsEssentia Health has hired Dr. Patrick Luger in internal medicine at the South University Drive Clinic, Fargo, and Dr. Donald Jenny, interventional cardiology, and Dr. Michael Mollerus, electrophysiology, both at the 32nd Avenue Clinic, Fargo.
Dr. Luger received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Grand Forks. He completed his residency in internal medicine through the UND program and currently serves as an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the university. He specializes in men’s health, diabetes care, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia.
Dr. Jenny graduated from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., and received his medical degree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He completed fellowships in cardiology from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison and received a Bush Fellowship Foundation Grant for Interventional Cardiology Sabbatical at Unite De Cardiologie Interventionelle – Clinique Pasteur in Toulouse, France. He specializes in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. He previously served as chief of staff for Dakota Hospital in 1988.
Dr. Mollerus received his medical degree from the University of California in San Francisco. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology through the Naval Medical Center in San Diego and a fellowship in electrophysiology at the University of California, La Jolla. He specializes in clinical cardiac electrophysiology and cardiovascular disease.
