Police recommend charges in accidental shooting in West FargoWEST FARGO — West Fargo Police recommend charges of reckless endangerment and firing a gun within city limits for a New Year's Day shooting that injured a man.
KFGO radio reported that a man handling a semi-automatic rifle in his home fired a round through a picture window. The slug hit a man in the arm as he got out of a car across the street.
Police say they consider the shooting accidental.
