Women's hockey: Second-period breakout propels Concordia women

Concordia broke its women’s hockey game open with a five-goal second period en route to a 7-0 victory against Marian on Friday.

Katelyn Dold and Jenna Westerham each scored two goals for the Cobbers (5-6-1). Concordia goalie Tamara Twite stopped all 16 shots she faced.

Marian (0-12-1) remains winless this season.
