Winter Carnival returns to Fargo TheatreWinter Carnival, the semi-annual daylong concert and arts show, makes a comeback Jan. 22.
The daylong festivity started in 2003, but has been on-again, off-again over the past few years. It was last held in 2009.
This year’s lineup features one-man band Heatbox, rockers Free Energy, the Postelles and punk band Banner Pilot. Other bands will be announced later. Art will be displayed around the building and films shown, including the regional premiere of the rockumentary “Lemmy,” about Motöorhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister, at midnight.
Doors open at 2:45 p.m. and music starts at 3 for this all-ages, general-admission event.
