I-94, I-29 reopen in Minnesota, ND and SD, where they were closed earlier

Interstates 94 and 29 in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota reopened today where they were closed Saturday, according to websites of the respective states' Departments of Transportation.

Travel conditions remain difficult on the Upper Midwest interstates, with patchy ice spots and dnow drifts across the roadways in some areas. Motorists are advised to travel with caution.
