Bismarck man pleads not guilty in child porn caseBISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck man has pleaded not guilty in federal court to three child pornography charges.
Brian Kuipers is charged with receipt of materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors. A federal affidavit says investigators found about 44 videos that appeared to contain child pornography. The images allegedly were found on two computers, one in Bismarck and one in Tappen.
Kuipers was arrested on Dec. 1 in Tappen.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Charles Miller has set trial for Feb. 15 in Bismarck.
