Pot-dealing charge filed after Tower City searchTOWER CITY, N.D. – A 22-year-old man from Tower City faces felony marijuana delivery charges after a search of a Tower City residence on Tuesday afternoon.
The search warrant was executed at 2:30 p.m. at 202 Broadway, where police found 7 ounces of pot packaged for sale, Capt. Rick Majerus of the Cass County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Brad Allen Steinhaus is charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a Class B felony, and a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge.
One of the other two residents found in the home, Ross Sivertson, 23, also faces a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge.
