Girls hockey: South girls now 7-0 after win over Devils Lake

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. – Six different Fargo South players scored goals as the Bruins kept their record perfect in a 6-0 win over Devils Lake in girls hockey on Tuesday.

Lindsey Nagel and Sadie Hayes scored in the first period for South (7-0), while Brittany Potas and Carlie Stellrecht scored in the second.

Lauren Tupa and Andrea Sellner rounded out the scoring in the final period.

Devils Lake’s Maria LaMotte made 55 saves in a losing effort, while South Katie Buchholz picked up the shutout with 18 saves.
