DOT reports some icy roads in part of North DakotaBISMARCK — The state Transportation Department issued a travel alert for central and southeast North Dakota through Friday morning.
The department said scattered slippery spots were developing because blowing snow was sticking to the road.
The travel alert included areas north and east of Bismarck along with the Minot, Devils Lake, Jamestown and Valley City areas.
