The Moody Blues sets June show at Bluestem
The orchestral classic rock band is returning to the metro area for the first time in more than a decade for a June 8 concert at Moorhead’s Bluestem Center for the Arts.
This is the third concert at the south Moorhead facility, home of Trollwood Performing Arts School.
The Moody Blues, best known for epic hits like “Nights in White Satin,” “Tuesday Afternoon” and “I’m Just a Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band),” last played the region in 2003 at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, Minn., and here in 1997 at the Fargodome with the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony. This June’s concert will not include the symphony.
Tickets go on sale at noon on Dec. 17 and will cost $38 for general admission lawn space, $48 for general admission bench seats or $75 for reserved seats.
Tickets will be available at Tickets 300, 300 Broadway, downtown Fargo and Moorhead Atomic Coffee locations, www.tickets300.com and (701) 205-3182.
The show is presented by Forum Communications and produced by Jade Presents.
