Ex-employees charged with stealing $25,000 from Jamestown market

JAMESTOWN, N.D. – Three former employees have been charged with multiple offenses related to the theft of money and merchandise, estimated at $25,000, from County Market in Jamestown, according to a news release from the Jamestown Police Department.

The thefts began in 2007, but not all of the three Jamestown residents charged have been involved the entire time, the release said.

Beverly A. Beyers, 60, is charged with four counts of criminal conspiracy to commit theft and two counts of theft of property, all Class C felonies.

Tina R. Reister, 44, is charged with two counts of theft of property, both Class A misdemeanors, five counts of criminal conspiracy to commit theft and six counts of theft of property, all Class C felonies.

Aimee N. Banuelos, 30, has been charged with three counts of criminal conspiracy to commit theft, all Class C felonies.

All three have been summoned to appear in court.

Dan Bergan, County Market manager, declined to comment Friday.
