Moorhead man to face pot-trafficking chargesA 25-year-old Moorhead man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of drug trafficking after police said they discovered more than 4 pounds of marijuana while executing search warrants at two Moorhead homes.
Felony drug-distribution charges are pending against Brandon Lee Enget, Lt. Tory Jacobson said in a news release.
Police seized $45,000 in cash and 4.18 pounds of high-grade pot packaged for resale, which investigators estimated to have a street value of $30,000, according to the release.
Jacobson said that Enget was linked to both homes where pot was found: 323 16th St. N. and 911 18½ St. S. No. 2. The warrants were the result of a yearlong investigation, Jacobson said.
The marijuana is thought to have come from Oregon and California, police said.
