The district has identified $5.3 million in projects that could be built through a bond sale, Business Manager Mark Lemer said.
Bond payments will be made from part of the district’s 10-mill building fund levy, he said. Bids should be in hand by the Nov. 22 board meeting, he said.
Among the projects considered are:
Osgood Kindergarten Center eight classroom addition, $2.18 million; land purchase for elementary school site, $360,000; high school receiving and food service addition, $1.07 million; high school generator addition, $373,000; Leidal Education Center administrative office addition, $816,000; districtwide building and site improvements, $500,000.
The district also has $5 million in one-time supplemental funds remaining from the state. About $5.1 million in projects are being mulled for those funds, Lemer said. They include:
Bus barn parking, $105,000; bus barn office, driver lounge and service bay renovations, $546,200; remodel Tintes building for freezer and cooler from the food service central kitchen, $172,000; Osgood Kindergarten Center gym, $1 million; high school floor and wall covering renovations, $770,000; high school fitness center addition and/or improvements, $1,982,500; Cheney Middle School site improvements for physical education and athletics, $456,000; Berger Elementary track decommissioning, $69,000.
In other business, the board approved:

- Hiring the full-time equivalent of 5.5 interventionists (tutors) at four Title I schools: Berger, South and Eastwood elementaries and the Lodoen Kindergarten Center.
