Grand Forks native Senti improves position at World Series of Poker, guaranteeing himself at least $1 millionGrand Forks native and University of North Dakota graduate Jason Senti has improved his position as the World Series of Poker's main event final table kicked off Saturday. Seven players remain as of 6 p.m. CST.
Senti more than doubled his chip stack early on Saturday but suffered a late-afternoon setback to put in seventh in chips.
Cuong Nguyen was eliminated Saturday afternoon in ninth place. That guaranteed Senti at least $1 million.
Matthew Jarvis was knocked out in eighth place.
