UPDATED: Dunseith man killed, another hurt in crash near Rugby

RUGBY, N.D. (AP) — A Dunseith man has been killed and another hurt in a one-vehicle crash north of Rugby.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 46-year-old Michael Bercier was a passenger in a sport utility vehicle that went off state Highway 3 about 3:45 p.m. Monday and rolled several times. Bercier died at the scene.

The patrol says the driver, 34-year-old Linus Bercier III, was flown to a Minot hospital. His condition wasn't released.
