One Fargo sex offender jailed; another movesOne sex offender moved to Fargo while another has moved, police said in a Friday news release.
Jerome Alexander Demarce, deemed a high-risk offender, is being held in the Ramsey County (N.D.) Jail on suspicion of violating probation. He’d been living at 1423 6th Ave. S.
As a juvenile, Demarce was adjudicated on a count of gross sexual imposition in 2004, his victim a female family member under the age of 15. He was also later convicted in 2006 in Ramsey County of gross sexual imposition, his victim a female he knew under the age of 15.
Demarce must register as a sex offender for life.
Patrick Allen Warcken, a moderate-risk offender, has moved to 123 15th St. N.
He was convicted of corrupting a minor in Barnes County in 2004, his victim a 17-year-old female he knew.
Warcken must register as a sex offender until 2030.
