High-risk sex offender moves to south FargoFARGO - A high-risk sex offender with two convictions now lives in south Fargo, police said in a news release.
Lee Patrick Farrell, who was deemed a high risk to reoffend by state officials, moved to 1345 4th Ave. S.
Farrell was convicted in Grand Forks County twice for sex crimes, in 2004 for possession of pornographic materials and in 2006 for sexual assault. His assault victim was a 16-year-old female acquaintance he had met online.
He’s required to register as a sex offender for life and is being supervised by the North Dakota Department of Corrections.
