Trenton Olson scored in the 35th minute to lift the Deacons to a win against the Spartans.
Cam Hager put Shanley ahead 1-0 in the fifth minute.
Sunnyboy Nyanfor knotted the game at 1-1 late in the first half.
Shanley keeper Ben Glogoza finished with 11 saves. North’s Robert Helming had 10 saves.

A penalty kick put an end to Bismarck High’s hopes of a state championship Thursday against West Fargo.
A penalty kick was the difference again Saturday, but this time it helped the Demons to a consolation championship.
Bismarck High senior midfielder Matt Kessler scored on a penalty kick midway through the second half to lead the Demons to a 2-0 victory over Grand Forks Red River in the fifth-place match of the North Dakota state boys soccer tournament at South Middle School.
