Women's hockey: Lamoureux twins pace Sioux over top-ranked Bulldogs

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of North Dakota women's hockey team defeated top-ranked Minnesota-Duluth 4-2 in Western Conference Hockey Association action Sunday at Ralph Engelstad Arena before 1,459 fans.

The Sioux rebounded from a 4-0 loss on Friday to split its second consecutive series against higher-ranked opponents to open the season.

Twins Jocelyn and Monique Lamoureux each tallied a goal and an assist for the Sioux (2-2-0, 1-1-0 WCHA).
