High-risk sex offender moves to north FargoA high-risk Fargo sex offender has moved to the north side, police said in a news release Friday.
Alvin Kelly Keagy had been living at 1122 2nd Ave. S. but moved to 1002 28th St. N.
Keagy was convicted in Cass County in 2007 of promoting obscenity to minors. His victims were male acquaintances under the age of 15, and he must register as an offender for the rest of his life.
