Valley City State enrollment up 19 percent, highest count in 40 yearsVALLEY CITY, N.D. – Valley City State University is reporting its largest enrollment in 40 years.
Final fall enrollment is 1,285 students, a nearly 19 percent increase over last year’s count of 1,083 students.
The class of 220 new freshmen is the largest freshman class since 1988. Residence halls are filled to their highest level since 2000.
Today is the day campuses in the North Dakota University System release their official enrollment counts for the 2010-2011 school year.
