Actress Becky Gulsvig to be in Hall of Honor

Becky Gulsvig, who starred in the national tour of “Legally Blonde, the Musical,” is one of five people who will be inducted into the Moorhead High School Hall of Honor on Oct. 2.

A 2000 graduate of Moorhead High, Gulsvig made her Broadway debut in “Hairspray” as Lou Ann. After a year, she took over the principal role of Amber Von Tussle. She was a member of the original cast of Broadway’s “Legally Blonde, the Musical” and played the lead role in the national tour of the show.

The Hall of Honor recognizes alumni, faculty, staff and other community members who have achieved notable accomplishments or made significant contributions to their school, community or society. Joining Gulsvig in this year’s class of inductees are Ann Ellenson, Douglas N. Hastad, Larry R. Ludeman and Adolph Murie.
