Crash in Polk County leaves three injuredA two-vehicle accident sent three people to the hospital Thursday in Polk County, Minn., one with serious injuries.
The accident occurred about 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of county roads 1 and 14.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office:
The two vehicles collided at the intersection. Nick Troutman, the driver of one of the cars, was transported to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo by Lifeflight.
Hospital personnel said Troutman was in critical condition as of press time.
The second car was driven by Maeaura Alexander of Crookston, Minn. She was taken to a Fargo hospital by ambulance. Alexander’s passenger, Glenda Masking, also from Crookston, was transported to Riverview Hospital. Both women were believed to have non-life-threatening injuries.
