Milk-truck accident injures driverA truck rollover left hundreds of gallons of milk in the ditch Tuesday night near Pelican Rapids, Minn.
According to the State Patrol, the accident occurred about 6:30 p.m. on Highway 108, about 3½ miles east of Pelican Rapids.
The driver of a tractor hauling a 6,500-gallon milk tanker appeared to have lost control going around a corner, the State Patrol said.
The driver was taken by ambulance to Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls, Minn., with non-life-threatening injuries.
The milk truck was the only vehicle involved in the accident.
The State Patrol did not release the name of the driver.
