Fargo police arrest man for pointing real-looking replica gunFARGO – Fargo police arrested a 36-year-old Fargo man early this morning on suspicion of terrorizing after he pointed a replica gun at another man in downtown Fargo.
Jason Bruce Livingood was having an argument with another man in the area of Broadway and First Avenue North around 1:45 a.m. today, Sgt. Joe Anderson said.
As the man was walking away, Livingood pulled a gun out of his waistband, pointed it at the man and threatened to kill him, Anderson said.
Police later arrested Livingood at his residence at 902 15th St. N.
Officers located a black BB gun that appeared to be a real pistol, Anderson said.
