Rydell Refuge to show frog educational videoMENTOR, Minn. – A video explaining the disappearance of frogs will be shown at 2 p.m. Aug. 22 at the Rydell National Wildlife Refuge.
More than one-third of the world’s frogs have gone extinct, according to a news release from the refuge. The 56-minute video will explain what has happened to cause the extinction.
The refuge is three miles east of Mentor on U.S. Highway 2. Visitors should turn south on Polk County Road 210 and travel 2.5 miles south to the entrance.
